I'm Lauren - therapist, somatic practitioner, and someone who believes the body knows more than we give it credit for.

People describe me as tender-hearted, pragmatic, and creative. My approach is grounded in creating space for your full, multidimensional self, and in the belief that you are the expert of your own life.

My training includes body-based therapeutic approaches, movement, trauma-informed care, somatic psychology, IFS-informed parts work, and expressive arts practices.

With over a decade of experience guiding individuals and groups, my work centers somatic exploration, movement-based learning, and creative reflection. I also draw on a lifelong background in dance and performance arts.

Therapy excavates our grief and our joy. I am here for both.

I offer teletherapy for individuals and in-person therapy through The Center for Family Healing and Therapy.
